工作概要:

The Digital Product Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of vendor management and project coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

Liaise with internal teams on contracts review process to ensure compliance with company requirements
Assist and coordinate with project team to detail project scopes, deliverables, timelines, compensation structure in drafting agreements
Coordinate vendors onboarding processes including accounts setup, logistics preparation, access arrangement etc.
Facilitate communication between internal teams & vendors and handle administrative works in between
Coordinate with internal teams on financial projection and tracking project spending

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Knowledge in organization workflow and culture of Hong Kong Disneyland is an advantage
Fluent in English & Chinese
