Job Summary:

Au sein de la division Contrôle de Gestion Opérations, sous la supervision du Manager Finance Food & Beverage, vous consolidez et suivez le compte de résultats des restaurants des 7 hôtels et du Disney Village. Vous êtes l’interlocuteur(trice) privilégié(e) des directions opérationnelles pour toutes questions financières. Votre périmètre de responsabilité est unique dans le secteur de la restauration. Vous analysez la performance financière de plus d’une trentaine de points de vente : services à table, buffets, restauration rapide, expériences inédites (repas avec personnages) et room service.

Objectifs :

  • L’analyse de la performance financière de la  restauration sur l’ensemble des restaurants des sept hôtels et du Disney Village
  • L’élaboration, le suivi et le contrôle du budget
  • La consolidation et l’exactitude du compte de résultat de l’activité, notamment de la fiabilité des données financières transmises ;
  • Être l’interlocuteur-trice Finance privilégié(e) de la direction opérationnelle tant au quotidien que sur les projets de transformation (changement de menus, ouverture de nouveaux concepts, réhabilitation de restaurants existants etc.) ;
  • Etre pro-actif(ve) et force de proposition pour mettre en place de nouveaux outils de suivi, d’analyse et de prévisions

Missions :

  • Analyser et expliquer mensuellement les écarts entre le budget, les prévisions et le réalisé par activité et par hôtel en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Workforce Insights (en charge du suivi de la masse salariale) et Revenue Management (en charge du chiffre d’affaires)
  • Préparer et envoyer les écritures comptables et analytiques lors des clôtures mensuelles ;
  • Mettre à jour les reportings et indicateurs principaux de performance de la division ;
  • Coordonner les processus de prévisions (Annual Operating Plan, Forecast) avec les équipes opérations ;
  • Faire preuve de challenge auprès du business afin d’améliorer la précision des prévisions ;
  • Identifier les risques et proposer des actions correctives lorsque les résultats financiers ne sont pas en ligne avec les attentes ;
  • Participer à l’élaboration et à la restitution des présentations financières ainsi que les messages à faire passer (storytelling)

Votre profil

Idéalement de formation Bac+4/5 Ecole de commerce ou université avec une spécialisation en finance, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie d’au moins 3 ans en contrôle de gestion. Votre anglais est courant. La maitrise du Pack Office est nécessaire, celle des outils informatiques suivants est un plus : SAP, Longview, SRH (suivi de la masse salariale) et Power BI ou Tableau. Vous faites preuve d’une grande aisance relationnelle dans vos interactions avec les équipes opérationnelles. Le poste requiert une bonne communication orale et écrite. Vous mobilisez une grande curiosité, un esprit d’équipe et de rigueur. Vous avez des capacités d’analyse et de synthèse.
