Job Summary:
Disneyland Paris adapte sa stratégie commerciale pour améliorer sa performance et proposer une expérience unique à ses visiteurs.
Nos équipes Technology et Digital lancent une initiative de transformation commerciale impactant nos plateformes de vente. A travers ce projet ambitieux, nous souhaitons refondre nos systèmes techniques et améliorer l'expérience digitale de nos visiteurs.
Dans ce contexte, nous recherchons un(e) Développeur(se) Java Senior passionné(e) pour renforcer notre core team et aider à améliorer les flux d'intégration existants.
C'est une belle opportunité de rejoindre un département très dynamique qui valorise le travail des développeurs et qui vous aidera à acquérir de nouvelles compétences et à développer votre potentiel.
Votre environnement?
Au sein du département Digital Technology, vous serez rattaché(e) au Manager Integration Engineering. L'équipe Integration Engineering est une équipe d'environ 20 ingénieurs logiciels et leads (internes et externes).
Au quotidien, cette équipe travaille sur différents projets, chacun étant responsable d'une partie du portefeuille de projets. Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe chargée de fournir de nouvelles fonctionnalités de la manière la plus efficace possible, en interaction avec nos architectes de solutions et d'entreprise. Vous collaborerez également avec d'autres développeurs dans diverses équipes pour définir les meilleures pratiques.
Vos missions ?
- Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités dans les flux d'intégration existants ou nouveaux (API / Batches / ...)
- Produire un code facilement maintenable et bien testé (unitaire, intégration, performance, ...)
- Livrer de nouvelles fonctionnalités de manière incrémentale, régulière et ayant un impact direct et significatif sur l'intégration du système d'information
- Aider l'équipe à accroître continuellement son efficacité
- Travailler avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour garantir la performance et maintenabilité des développements, assurer la qualité du code et le faible niveau de la dette technique
- Assurer la haute disponibilité des développements
- Apprendre continuellement de nouvelles technologies et être une force de proposition au quotidien
- En tant que Développeur(se) Senior, vous pouvez être amené(e) à intervenir sur des projets à fort enjeu et impact, et à accompagner d'autres développeurs logiciels, qu'il s'agisse de membres de l'équipe ou de consultants, pour que l'équipe accomplisse son travail dans le respect des normes les plus strictes.
Vos atouts pour réussir ?
- Issu(e) d'un Bac+4/5 en informatique, vous avez un minimum de 8 ans d'expérience dans le développement de logiciels
- Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral (niveau C1)
- Une très bonne connaissance de Java et du développement SpringBoot
- Une très bonne connaissance du développement d'API
- Une très bonne connaissance du développement Batch
- Une bonne connaissance du développement AWS Cloud
- Vous connaissez les modèles architecturaux dans un environnement diversifié
- Vous êtes à l’aise dans le développement de logiciels complexes à forte volumétrie
- Vous avez une bonne connaissance des services cloud et de l'approche CICD
- Êtes sensible aux questions de robustesse et scalabilité des applications cloud

- Avez déjà travaillé en méthodologie agile, et pratiqué les tests unitaires
- Êtes adepte du clean code / craftmanship
- Connaissez le DDD
- Connaissez javascript (idéalement typescript) et un framework
- Possédez de fortes capacités à communiquer clairement avec un groupe de personnes
- Disposez de compétences en matière d'analyse, de conception et de vulgarisation
- Aimez travailler en équipe, avec des débats basés sur des faits

In this context, our Technology and Digital teams are launching a commercial transformation initiative impacting our sales platforms. Through this ambitious project, we aim to overhaul our technical systems and enhance our Guests’ digital experience.
In this context, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to strengthen its team, help improve existing integration workflows and launch new initiatives with strong impacts on all aspects of the company activities.

Your environment?
Within the Digital Technology department, you will report to a Manager Integration Engineering. The Integration Engineering team is a team of approx. 20 software engineers and leads (internal and external).
On daily basis, this team works on various project team, each responsible for a part of the project portfolio. You will work in a project team delivering new capabilities in the best and most effective way, interacting with our Solution / enterprise architects. You will also collaborate with other developers in various teams to define and refine best practices.
Your missions?
- Develop new features in existing or new integration flows (API / Batches / ..)
- Make sure the code you produce is high quality, scalable, maintainable
- Deliver new features incrementally, regularly and have a direct and significant impact on the information system integration
- Help the team to continually increase its effectiveness
- Work with other team members to improve overall quality, sustainability, technical debt level and increase knowledge sharing
- Ensure integration developments are well integrated in the information system
- Guarantee developments’ performance and usability in the ecosystem
- Make sure all components developed are easily testable and fully tested (unit, integration, performance)
- Continuously learn new technologies and be a change proposal force
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you could expect to intervene on high stake projects with high visibility and guide other Software Engineers whether Cast Member or Contractors, for team to complete their work with high standard
What would make you successful in the role:
- A Master Degree in Computer Science with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development
- A very good knowledge of Java and SpringBoot development
- A very good knowledge of API development
- A very good knowledge of Batch development
- Good knowledge of AWS Cloud development
- Good knowledge of Architectural Patterns in a distributed environment
- Good expertise of complex software development with high volumetry
- Good knowledge of cloud services and the CICD approach
- Good knowledge of scalability issues, robustness of Cloud applications

- Have already worked in agile methodology, Knowledge/Expertise unit tests
- Know clean code / craftman
- Know DDD
- Knowledge of javascript (ideally typescript) and a framework is a plus
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken (C1 level)
- Have a strong ability to communicate clearly to a group of people
- Possess strong analytical, design and abstraction skills
- Enjoy working in a team, with debates based on facts
