Manager Employer Brand F/H/NB - CDI
Job Summary:
L’équipe Marque Employeur et Relations Ecoles a pour mission de positionner Disneyland Paris comme un employeur de choix auprès de nos collaborateurs (dits ‘Cast Members’) et de nos candidats afin de retenir et d’attirer les talents (candidats actifs ou passifs, prospects) dont l’entreprise a besoin, en phase avec l’ADN de la marque.
En tant que Manager Marque Employeur F/H/NB , vous piloterez la stratégie marque employeur en collaboration avec la Senior Manager Marque Employeur et Relations Ecoles en vous appuyant sur l’expertise d’une équipe de cinq personnes.
Vos Missions :
Animation d’équipe
Encadrer une équipe de cinq experts (en contenu, médias sociaux, évènementiel et gestion de projets).
Accompagner et favoriser leur développement professionnel en adoptant une posture de leader coach.
Stratégie marque employeur
Coconstruire et porter l’Employee Value Proposition et la plateforme de marque employeur.
Faire vivre et évoluer l’identité visuelle (création d’une charte graphique).
Designer et coordonner la stratégie d’employer brand content (eg. social media, site web carrières, jobboards…) pour mettre en valeur notre culture d’entreprise, nos valeurs et notre #castlife.
Enrichir l’expérience candidat en collaboration avec les équipes Recrutement, Casting Spectacle et les business leaders.
Développer un programme d’employee advocacy et d’influence.
Suivre et optimiser l’activité et la réputation marque employeur (glassdoor, classements, labels…) à travers le pilotage des KPIs et des reportings.
Assurer une veille stratégique et prospective sur les sujets de marque employeur et marketing RH.
Création de contenu et campagnes marque employeur
Concevoir et déployer des campagnes marque employeur 360° (mobilité interne, image…) en collaboration avec les équipes communication, marketing et média internes ainsi que nos homologues aux Etats-Unis et des partenaires externes type agences.
Votre profil :
Vous êtes idéalement issu(e) de formation Bac+4/5 avec une spécialisation en Marketing / Communication/RH.
Vous avez au minimum 5 ans d’expérience sur un rôle de manager d’équipe.
Vous avez un niveau d’expérience similaire en tant que responsable marque employeur dans une large organisation idéalement. Sinon, vous avez une expérience sur des sujets de culture, engagement ou change management.
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l’écosystème digital, notamment des réseaux sociaux.
Vous maîtrisez le Français et l'Anglais de façon courante (niveaux C1).

Vous évoluez avec aise dans des organisation matricielles et êtes capable d’identifier, interagir, influencer, et gérer les divers partenaires internes et externes
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à donner du sens, mobiliser et inspirer les équipes.
Vos compétences organisationnelles pour gérer les nombreux projets : connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projet en mode agile et collaboratif.
Vous faites preuve de créativité et êtes orienté(e) solutions au quotidien

Ce poste est un contrat en CDI au statut cadre.
Ce poste est basé à Val d'Europe.
