Job Summary:

Le département « Aménagement et Environnement », en charge du projet urbain du territoire du Val d'Europe vise à déployer un urbanisme cohérent et de qualité sur le long terme, à contribuer à l'activité économique, sociale et environnementale du Val d'Europe à attirer des entreprises nationales et internationales, à faire le suivi du développement du site dans le cadre de la Convention signée entre Eurodisney et l’Etat. C’est dans le cadre du suivi des développements prévu dans la convention et sa planification que le travail de l’Ingénieur(e) s’inscrit pour partie, mais il a également en charge la gestion de projets dans le cadre du développement des besoins opérationnels internes de l’entreprise.

En tant qu'Ingénieur Aménagement Territoire, vous interviendrez sur une variété de projets qui concernent le développement du site touristique et du centre urbain du Val d’Europe.

Vous assurez le suivi des travaux d’infrastructures des différentes phases de développement urbain en coordination avec les Ingénieurs de zone d’EPAFRANCE et êtes l’interlocuteur(-trice) sur le terrain des acteurs du développement des infrastructures d’une part, et de ceux de l’Immobilier d’autre part.

Vous intervenez également en tant que chef de projet sur des projets lié au développement du site touristique.

Vos missions :

Concernant les projets de développement du site touristique, en Maîtrise d’ouvrage directe :

  • Effectuer les études de faisabilité technique et financière des futurs grands projets et des nouveaux projets.
  • Assurer le pilotage et la gestion des projets qui vous sont confiées, en phase études comme en phase chantier
  • Piloter la production des études,
  • Suivre les travaux d’infrastructures en cours de façon à veiller à la conformité des prestations sur le terrain (chantiers).
  • Piloter les moyens humains mis en place dans le cadre de ses missions,
  • Assurer l’interface avec les services internes,
  • Être garant du respect des délais, des coûts et de la qualité
  • Veiller au respect des procédures et des standards Disney, des standards environnementaux ainsi que des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.
  • Communiquer concernant l’avancement des travaux d’aménagement.
  • Proposer des actions correctives immédiates, adaptées aux problématiques opérationnelles identifiées.

Concernant les projets de développement du centre urbain du val d’Europe :

  • Participer au Développement urbain du secteur du Val d’Europe, en partenariat avec l’aménageur publique, l’EPA France : Suivi technique et financier, appui technique aux promoteurs…
  • Assurer l’interface entre l’EPA et les différents services d’Eurodisney pour les grands projets d’aménagement…
  • Assurer l’interface entre Disney et ses partenaires avec SNCF, RATP, SANEF, Val d’Europe Agglomération, Ile de France Mobilité…

Profil recherché

De formation Ingénieur ou Bac+5 dans le domaine des infrastructures et aménagements urbains, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum

acquise en entreprise de travaux publics, en maîtrise d’ouvrage (type grande Société d’Economie Mixte d’aménagement, Etablissement Public d’Aménagement) ou en bureaux d’études spécialisés. 

Vous disposez d'une maitrise parfaite du Pack Office.
