In dieser Rolle wirst du als Ansprechpartner für Produktionsfirmen fungieren und bist verantwortlich für alle Aspekte der täglichen Produktionsaufgaben, inklusive Verwaltung und Budgetmanagement. Du berichtest an unseren Director Production Management und spielst eine entscheidende Rolle in der effizienten, termingerecht und in-budget Abschlüssen unserer lokalen Produktionen.
Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, primär (4 Tage) aus unserem Münchener Büro zu arbeiten.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Ansprechpartner für die Produktionsfirmen für alle täglichen Produktionsaufgaben, Probleme und der Produktionsverwaltung
Analyse und Anpassung der Planung von Budgets, Zeitplänen, Drehbüchern, Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsaspekten usw. für unsere lokalen Produktionen
Vorbereitung von Budgets und Zeitplänen für Pilot- und Serienproduktionen
Verhandlung von Produktions- und Entwicklungsbudgets für Serien und Einzelformate
Bewertung von Preisen und Branchentarifen
Überprüfung von Kostenberichten, Cashflows und allen Produktionsprozessen mit Berichterstattung an das Management in Deutschland und der UK
Unterstützung der Finanzabteilung bei der jährlichen Budgetplanung und deren Überwachung
Verfolgung von Green-Light Budgets und Unterstützung der Green-Light-Prozesse
Erstellung regelmäßiger Projektstatusberichte
Probleme frühzeitig erkennen und das Creative Disney-Team in Produktions-, Budget- und Rechtsfragen beraten
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Abteilungen Legal, Finance, PR, Marketing, Procurement, Compliance, Sicherheit usw.
Erforderliche Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder gleichwertige Erfahrung in Betriebswirtschaft, Medienwissenschaften oder Produktionsmanagement
Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung bei Fernsehsendern, High-End-Produktionsfirmen oder innerhalb einer internationalen Mediengruppe mit Schwerpunkt auf der Produktion von fiktionalen Serien
Ausgezeichnetes Netzwerk von Branchenkontakten
Erfolgreiche Arbeitserfahrung auf Management- oder Produktionsleiterebene
Expertise im Produktionsmanagement und nachweisbare Verhandlungsgeschick
Ausgeprägte kommerzielles Denken und proaktive Umsetzung
Erfahren in der Kommunikation und Abstimmung über mehrere Geschäftsbereiche hinweg
Erfahrung im Vertragsmanagement
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mündlich & schriftlich)
