Job Summary:

Die Position Digital Campaign Management Specialist ist Teil des Digital Operations & Client Services Teams innerhalb der Disney Advertising Organisation mit Sitz in München. Das Team verantwortet die reibungslose Umsetzung digitaler Werbekampagnen auf verschiedenen Plattformen der Walt Disney Company und deren Ausspielung im Ad Server für Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz. Dabei arbeitet es eng mit unseren Kunden und Partnern zusammen und fungiert als zentraler Ansprechpartner für das Verkaufsteam und berät es in allen digitalen Belangen.

Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, primär (4 Tage) aus unserem Münchener Büro zu arbeiten.

Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:

  • Konfiguration und Management digitaler Werbekampagnen für unsere Kunden mit verschiedenen Ad Tech Tools auf den digitalen Plattformen der Walt Disney Company (u. a. Disney+ Standard mit Werbung)

  • Kampagnenbezogenes KPI Monitoring und Optimierung sowie entsprechende Reportings

  • Kontinuierlicher Auf- und Ausbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen mit bestehenden und neuen Partnern, insbesondere mit Mediaagenturen, Werbetreibenden und Tech-Partnern

  • Beratung & Unterstützung des Verkaufsteams in der Konzeption digitaler Kampagnen und Beratung in Bezug auf Produkt- und Marktentwicklungen

  • Kontinuierliche Bewertung von Marktentwicklungen, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und potenzielle Risiken zu erkennen

  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Disney-Kollegen, um lokale Bedürfnisse mit internationalen Richtlinien und Entwicklungen in Einklang zu bringen

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten und Erfahrungen:

  • Hochschulabschluss und einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digital Ad Operations / Kampagnenmanagement (vorzugsweise im Streaming Bereich)

  • Umfassende Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit Ad-Servern (vorzugsweise Google Ad Manager) und programmatischen Einkaufs- und Verkaufsplattformen wie DSPs und SSPs

  • Vertraut mit dem Ad-Tech-Ökosystem und der Medienbranche im Allgemeinen

  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit relevanten Datenschutzvorschriften (insbesondere DSGVO)

  • Ausgeprägtes kaufmännisches Verständnis

  • Überdurchschnittliche analytische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten, ausgeprägte Problemlösungsfähigkeiten

  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint

  • Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
