Manager Branding et Acquisition digitale EMEA (VOL, Display) (F/H/NB) – CDI

Le département Audience et Distribution de Contenus de Disneyland Paris a pour mission de distribuer les différents contenus publicitaires de la destination à travers l’Europe avec 2 mots d’ordre : granularité et efficacité media. Pour se faire, l’équipe ACD est répartie en 3 pôles travaillant en étroite collaboration : Planning garant de la stratégie media globale, Audience garant de la stratégie data et Activation responsable de la stratégie de chaque touchpoint et l’implémentation des campagnes media.

Au sein de ce département et rapportant au Senior Manager Acquisition offline et digitale, il / elle est responsable de la stratégie de croissance de ses points de contact et de la livraison de plans média optimisés. Ce poste couvre un périmètre européen de 12 marchés et les points de contact Display, VOL.

Missions générales :

  • Gérer une équipe de 6 experts digitaux et favoriser leur développement professionnel
    • trading desk programmatic interne constitué d’un responsable des projets digitaux stratégiques, 4 traders en charge de la mise en place opérationnelle des campagnes et de leur optimisations permanentes ; et d’1 Ad Ops

  • Définir et déployer la stratégie de croissance des points de contact en cohérence avec la stratégie de distribution de contenus globale et les objectifs business :
    • Construire de la stratégie annuelle pour chaque point de contact
    • Contribuer activement aux stratégies de distribution de contenus sur les différentes Audiences x Marchés leadés par le pôle Planning
    • Développer les documents de référence pour structurer l’activation des points e contacts Display, VOL: guidelines, process, suivi financier…
  • Définir Négocier les deals annuels pan européens et locaux avec des acteurs strictement sélectionnés pour répondre aux objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs fixés.
  • Garantir l’excellence de la mise en œuvre des plans média sur chacun des points de contact et communiquer efficacement en interne. Sécuriser du lancement des campagnes en temps et en heure ; ainsi que l’optimisation permanente pour garantir les performances annoncées
  • Gérer rigoureusement les budgets du portefeuille de touchpoints (planification, suivi, reporting)
  • Gérer et déployer les outils propres à l’activité (DCO, outil d’intelligence artificielle visant plus d’efficience du media…)
  • Gérer les prestataires externes (outils, régies publicitaires…) afin de sécuriser l’efficacité de la collaboration à long terme :
    • Gérer le partenariat et les contrats, pilotage d’appels d’offre quand nécessaire
    • Suivi et optimisation de la collaboration (définir la feuille de route du partenariat, réunions trimestrielles, process…)
  • Faciliter et développer la communication avec les interlocuteurs clés en interne (département ACD, marketing, création de contenus, juridique ...)
  • Développer un environnement créatif et inspirant pour l'équipe afin d’être en mesure de toujours innover en testant de nouvelles pratiques / technologies.


 

Votre profil :

  • Idéalement de formation Bac+4/5 en Université ou Ecole de Commerce avec une spécialisation en Marketing / Communication.
  • 5 ans minimum d’expérience sur le poste de manager d’équipe est requise. Capacité à donner du sens, mobiliser et inspirer les équipes, expertes ou non dans le secteur d’activité.
  • Niveau d’expérience similaire en tant que responsable de leviers branding et / ou acquisition digitale en agence ou chez l’annonceur dans un environnement international.
  • Une première expérience de management de prestataires est requise.
  • Aisance dans la compréhension des besoins business et des exigences stratégiques.
  • Compétences en planification stratégique dans un environnement complexe
  • Forte autonomie, solides compétences organisationnelles pour gérer les nombreux projets, connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projet en mode agile
  • Capacité à penser « hors de la boîte » et à constamment rechercher de nouvelles opportunités
  • Très bonne connaissance de l’écosystème digital (martech / adtech)
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office, notamment Excel et Powerpoint)
  • Maîtrise de l'Anglais courant exigé (niveau C1).
