Job Summary:
Chargé(e) d’études marketing Expérimenté(e) F/H/NB - CDD
Disneyland Paris lance une initiative ambitieuse qui vise à améliorer l’expérience digitale de nos visiteurs, améliorer nos outils et plateformes de ventes, et proposer toujours plus de choix et une expérience unique à tous ses visiteurs. Dans ce contexte, Disneyland Paris recrute un/une Chargé(e) d’études marketing Expérimenté(e) F/H/NB en CDD.
Vous ferez partie de l’équipe Consumer Insights de Disneyland Paris et vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Consumer Strategy et les partenaires (Revenue Management & Analytics, Tech & Digital). Vous aurez la charge de fournir toutes les informations pertinentes sur les consommateurs pour atteindre les objectifs commerciaux de Disneyland Paris et vous gérerez de bout en bout tous les projets de recherche « consommateurs » qualitatifs et quantitatifs qui alimenteront la stratégie commerciale.
Vos missions:
- Mener et livrer des projets de recherche consommateurs quantitatifs de bout en bout, c’est-à-dire :
- Prendre en charge les briefings de recherche de l’équipe Consumer Strategy, identifier les fournisseurs/instituts les plus pertinents, identifier l’approche et la méthodologie de recherche les plus appropriées etc.
- Fournir des mises à jour régulières à l'équipe projet en respectant les budgets et délais convenus.
- Présenter les résultats des projets à l’équipe stratégie et aux équipes partenaires selon les besoins.
- Partager les données, informations et tendances de recherche pertinentes de Disneyland Paris et des recherches externes avec l’équipe Consumer Strategy et l’ensemble des partenaires internes.
Votre profil:
- Vous avez une formation supérieure BAC + 5 (Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent) avec une spécialisation « en études marketing (études de marché, statistiques..) ».
- Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans un rôle dans les études consommateurs au sein d’un institut d’études ou chez l’annonceur. Idéalement dans les secteurs du divertissement, du tourisme, de l’hôtellerie ou de l’alimentation.
- Vous maitrisez des méthodologies quantitatives (rédaction de questionnaires, analyse et interprétation) à travers des méthodologies quantitatives variées, vous disposez d'une très bonne capacité d'analyse autonome et d'un souci de la précision.
- Vos compétences analytiques vous permettent la gestion de sources de données complexes et diverses afin d’en extraire des insights et soutenir les prises de décisions.
- Vous avez la capacité à travailler à un rythme soutenu et gérer des priorités multiples dans le cadre de projets complexes (transformer la relation client : tests UX, tests d'offres et de nouveaux produits, optimisation des dialogues de vente, etc.).
- Vous avez l’esprit d'équipe positif et vous avez la capacité à composer avec de multiples points de vue différents.
- Excellent(e) communiquant(e), quelle que soit la taille et typologie de l’audience.
- Vous êtes une personne curieuse, vous aimez comprendre les logiques et problématiques business de l’industrie sur laquelle vous travaillez et êtes capable d’apporter un regard critique aux résultats de recherche.
- La maitrise d’Excel et de PowerPoint est obligatoire, la connaissance de SPSS ainsi que la connaissance avancée des méthodologies qualitatives seront un plus.
- Excellentes compétences en anglais et en français (oral et écrit, au niveau minimum C1).
