職務内容

ディズニーミュージックの楽曲(ウォルト・ディズニー・レコード、ハリウッド・レコード、スター・ウォーズおよびマーベル関連音楽）やキャラクターライセンスビジネスに関わる日常業務管理と戦略立案のサポート

  • ライセンス契約の実行と管理:
    • 音楽権利を理解し、ライセンス契約の下にライセンシーの日常業務（制作およびマーケティング）を管理し、スケジュールと売上予算、実績管理を行う
    • パートナーシップ関係を構築し、運営上の課題を解決するためのリーダーシップを発揮する

  • ライセンスビジネスのデータ管理と分析:
    • 必要なデータベース(Dnoteなど)を管理・入力し、ライセンサーとして必要な商品制作を行う
    • 音楽市場動向や売上をデータ分析して、戦略立案を行う

  • ディズニーミュージック・ブランド戦略への貢献:
    • ライセンシーと連携しての新規商品の企画やプロモーション企画の提案と実行
    • 他部門（パーク、メディア、スタジオ、ストア、ゲーム、パブリッシング）との密接な連携、シナジー最大化

必須条件：

＜経験＞

  • エンターテインメント業界での２年以上の経験（歓迎する経験：音楽の制作、マーケティング、プロモーション、または楽曲管理経験）
  • 強いプレッシャーの下、業務の優先順位をつけながら高い目標を達成した経験
  • 海外パートナーとの英語を使用した日常のやりとり（あれば尚可）
  • 顧客先に対するビジネスプレゼンテーション、ビジネス提案経験（あれば尚可）
  • マーケット分析、消費者インサイト分析経験（あれば尚可）
  • 複数の部署と連携するプロジェクトに関わった経験（リードした経験あれば尚可）
  • 音楽権利ビジネスの知識（あれば尚可）
