Job Summary:

職務内容:

  • 放送用マスターの制作進行管理
    • 各種番組素材の入荷の確認とフォーマットの確認および各部署への伝送業務
    • フォーマット編集や品質管理作業を請け負うチームや外部会社への発注と作業指示
    • Closed Caption（聴覚障害者用の字幕）制作の発注
    • 納品までのスケジュール管理
    • 放送を送出するシステム上で確認業務
    • 上記の業務に付随する関係各所とのコーディネート業務
  • 吹き替え制作・字幕制作のコーディネーション業務
    • 吹き替え・字幕制作作業の発注と納品までのスケジュール管理
    •  番組タイトル及びエピソードタイトルのグラフィックの発注と納品までのスケジュール管理
  • 外部の会社へ作業を依頼する場合の発注に関する一連の作業
    • 見積の取得と発注手続きに関する作業
    • 必要となる素材の準備と受け渡し
    • 納品までのスケジュール管理
  • ディズニーが保有するアセット（ビデオ、音声、字幕など）を他部署やアーカイブするシステムへの伝送などコーディネート・ファイリング業務全般
  • 作業全般の実績把握とレポート集計
  • 上記業務に関係する各部署スタッフとの連絡や調整と報告
  • その他上記に付随する一切の業務

必須条件:

  • ビデオや音声、字幕などデジタル・ファイルなどを取り扱った業務を経験している方
  • 情報の整理を得意とし、データの整合性やアセットの管理など正確性が求められる業務を遂行できる方
  • プロジェクトの進行管理を業務で実施した経験がある方
  • 英語でのコミュニケーション（読み書き以外にも、業務に関する内容をコミュニケーション）ができる方
  • チームメンバーや社内外の関連する部署と協調性をもって、コミュニケーションを取りながら仕事ができる方多くのステークホルダーとコミュニケーションと取って柔軟に業務を組み立てられることができる方
  • Office(Excel/Word/Power Point)やGoogleスプレッドシート、自社、他社ツールなどを業務で使用経験

  • 放送や配信のコンテンツ準備（オペレーション）業務経験
  • 字幕制作、翻訳、吹替え制作などの経験がある方
  • 映像の品質管理や映像編集などの実務経験がある方
