Job Summary:

Disneyland® Paris compte sept hôtels thématisés qui contribuent pleinement à l’expérience de nos visiteurs pendant toute la durée de leur séjour.

De 2 à 5 étoiles, nos hôtels regroupent tous les services : bagagerie, réception, service d’étages, restauration, boutiques, piscines, etc. Anticiper et personnaliser les attentes clients, être attentif(ve) aux détails, tout est fait pour garantir la satisfaction de nos visiteurs : l’excellence de service est notre maître-mot.

Vos missions :

Affecté(e) à la réception ou conciergerie de l’un de nos Hôtels Disney vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Encadrer et animer une équipe opérationnelle : organiser, suivre et contrôler le travail de l’équipe par une présence terrain et un dialogue permanent

  • Insuffler une motivation quotidienne aux collaborateurs

  • Assurer le lien et les communications au quotidien avec les différents intervenants opérationnels et supports

  • Participer à l’optimisation des résultats de l’activité quotidienne et de la qualité de service attendue par nos clients

  • Assurer la formation et le développement des collaborateurs de l'équipe à l’aide de coachings réguliers et transmettre son savoir-faire technique et comportemental

  • Garantir et faire respecter les procédures et les standards de qualité : rapidité, prestation d'accueil et qualité de service attendue par les clients

  Vos atouts pour ce poste :

  • Vous préparez un diplôme de niveau Licence/Bachelor ou Master en hôtellerie

  • Vous parlez couramment français (C2) vous avez un niveau en anglais intermédiaire avancé (B2) et vous parlez une troisième langue européenne à niveau intermédiaire (B1)

  • Vous maitrisez le Pack Office et idéalement connaissez le logiciel Opera

  • Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à travailler en équipe, votre prise d’initiative et vous savez fédérer une équipe

  • Vous faites preuve de diplomatie afin de gérer différentes situations

  • Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une certaine flexibilité horaire est nécessaire pour ce métier, car vous serez amené(e) à travailler en semaine et les weekends, suivant une amplitude horaire maximum allant de 7h00 à minuit

Début du stage entre novembre 2024 et avril 2025, pour une durée de 6 mois !
