Opérateur(trice) Animateur(trice) Attractions & Conducteur(trice) Permis D - F/H/NB – CDI
Job Summary:
Du parking aux portes des parcs, en passant par nos salles de spectacles et jusqu’au cœur des attractions, la division Parc Opérations accompagne nos Visiteurs à chaque étape de leur séjour à Disneyland® Paris.
Vous ferez partie de la division Parc Opérations composée de 1700 Cast Members (employés Disney) et vous rejoindrez une équipe de 100 à 200 collaborateurs.

Pour ce poste, vous évoluerez non seulement en tant que conducteur(trice) au sein de l’attraction Cars Road Trip, qui est un circuit à bord d’un tramway, adressé à un public familial, dans un décor bucolique et totalement immersif, mais également en tant qu'opérateur(trice) animateur(trice) attractions au sein de l' une de nos attractions du complexe Toys Story Playland.
Dans le cadre de votre fonction de Conducteur(trice) Permis D & Opérateur(trice) Animateur(trice) Attractions, votre mission sera d’occuper l’ensemble des positions de votre attraction : conduite du tramway, accueil, embarquement, débarquement, rappel des consignes de sécurité.
Vos principales missions?
• Veiller à l’état général du véhicule à la mise en marche journalière,
• Assurer la sécurité et le bien-être de nos visiteurs lors du trajet de l’attraction,
• Participer au bon fonctionnement de l’attraction de sa mise en marche à sa fermeture journalière,
• Contribuer à l’efficacité opérationnelle dans votre attraction (temps d’attente, embarquement des Visiteurs, réponses aux questions…), en faisant preuve de réactivité et en veillant au respect des consignes de sécurité pour vous, nos Visiteurs et vos collègues,
• Améliorer l’expérience de nos Visiteurs en proposant des alternatives ou des solutions. Vous êtes « la » personne qui améliorera leur séjour,
• Sensibiliser les visiteurs sur les consignes liées à votre attraction afin d’en garantir la sécurité.
Votre profil :
Vous êtes titulaire du permis D et de la FIMO/FCO à jour, avec idéalement une première expérience dans le milieu du transport de personnes.
Vous êtes conscient(e) qu’une flexibilité horaire est nécessaire (travail en semaine et week-end, évènements spéciaux). L’amplitude horaire est la suivante : 6h30 et 02h00.
Dans le cadre de l’activité de l’attraction, vous devez être en capacité de tenir une position debout prolongée de 2 à 3 heures d’affilée.
Vous maitrisez le Français (C1 minimum) et avez au minimum un niveau A2/B1 en Anglais, ce qui vous permet de communiquer avec nos clients.

Vous possédez un fort dynamisme, vous êtes souriant(e) et curieux(se) de vous développer dans le monde de la relation clients dans un contexte international.
Votre sens du relationnel et du service sont autant d’atouts pour réussir à votre poste.
Poste basé à Marne-La-Vallée - Contrat CDI - Statut Non cadre, 35 heures hebdomadaires.
