Job Summary:

Tous les jours, notre département Maintenance relève des challenges techniques passionnants. Un seul but : assurer le bon fonctionnement de toutes les activités/attractions/bâtiments du parc et ainsi permettre à nos visiteurs de s’amuser tout au long de l’année, en toute sécurité.

Sous la responsabilité du Manager Maintenance du Pôle Cuisines, vous assurez l’animation et l’encadrement de votre équipe et êtes le lien au quotidien avec les différents intervenants opérationnels et support.

Vous garantissez l'optimisation des résultats de l'activité et la qualité de service attendue par vos clients internes, en en ce qui concerne de maintenance curative et/ou préventive des équipements des cuisines de nos restaurants (équipements frigorifiques et chauds) ; et ce, en respectant nos Cinq Clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.
 


Vos missions ?


En collaboration avec un Chef d’Equipe Expérimenté, vous animez une équipe (environ 20 Techniciens). Vos missions principales seront notamment :

- Accompagner votre équipe sur le terrain et planifier leurs interventions de maintenance préventive et curative, au quotidien,

- Assurer la formation et le développement professionnel de votre équipe,

- Gérer les besoins en matériel et outillages nécessaires pour assurer la maintenance de nos équipements,

- Respecter et faire respecter les procédures et les standards de qualité ainsi que les règles d'hygiène et de sécurité,
- Alerter en temps réel des écarts de performances au regard des objectifs de productivité préalablement définis,
- Mettre en place les actions correctives nécessaires pour garantir la qualité de service et la satisfaction client au quotidien,
- Participer aux projets de son secteur d'activité,

- Suivre et assurer le reporting des entreprises extérieures et des contrats d’entretien en collaboration avec le cadre de service,

- Participer à l’élaboration de la stratégie, des procédures et en être le relais auprès de votre équipe.

Le profil pour mener à bien cette mission ?


Titulaire d’un diplôme professionnalisant (type CAP, BAC Pro ou BTS) idéalement dans les métiers du froid et/ou en Electrotechnique.

Vous avez au moins 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle dont au moins 2 ans en qualité de Chef d'Equipe.

Professionnel(le) de terrain, vous savez accompagner le développement de vos équipes tout en garantissant l’atteinte de vos objectifs.

L’accréditation pour la manipulation des fluides frigorigènes serait un vrai plus et la maîtrise des outils informatiques tels que le Pack Office, l’environnement Windows et les outils de GMAO est indispensable.


Le poste est basé à Marne-la-Vallée et est à pouvoir dans le cadre d’un CDI, en horaire 2*8.
