Chargé(e) de projet (event analysis & strategy) F/H/NB - CDI

Quel sera votre rôle ?
A ce poste, vous réaliserez le montage, le pilotage et le suivi du projet dont vous aurez la charge, le délivrer en veillant à la qualité de service que l'entreprise a décidé d'offrir à ses clients et partenaires, tout en respectant les cinq clés : Sécurité, Spectacle, Efficacité, Courtoisie, Diversité et Inclusion.
Au sein de la division Spectacle et sous la responsabilité de la Manager de l’équipe, vous interviendrez quotidiennement sur un large panel de missions :
Gestion et analyse stratégique des demandes d’évènements
Réceptionner, analyser et prioriser les demandes d’évènements tout en anticipant leurs impacts opérationnels et éventuels défis vis-à-vis des guidelines DLP ;
Clarifier les briefs des demandeurs et qualifier le cadre de prise en charge de l’évènement (cahier des charges sur lequel s’engageront mutuellement clients, Production et partenaires/prestataires DLP) ;
Recenser et optimiser le suivi des données dans les outils communs (Smartsheet, global event calendar, calendrier des privatisations, EBMS, etc.) ;
Communiquer de manière efficace les données aux différentes LOBs concernées et attirer leur attention pour action (EEE, WFI, Production Event, Entertainment OPS, Parks OPS, Hôtels, DV…).
Pilotage des réunions et ateliers
Savoir fédérer le collectif pour l’intérêt commun en pilotant des réunions et ateliers clefs pour la structure Events et ses partenaires : réunions, ateliers, présentations…à destination des clients, des partenaires et de la Direction ;
Être orienté solutions et développer des liens solides avec les clients et partenaires en faisant preuve d’un accompagnement efficace et anticipé (suivi de l’activité events et OPS en cours et anticipation de celle à venir en déterminant les impacts potentiels sur les 2 business) ;
Créer et gérer des projets transverses, global resort, aux niveaux de complexité variés (rétroplannings, suivi des avancées, respect des deadlines, coordination des réunions, rédaction des comptes-rendus, etc.) ;
Elaborer des process et les communiquer via les bons canaux et supports (création de présentations synthétisants différents projets à destination de partenaires divers, via PowerPoint, en français et en anglais, afin de présenter le bilan annuel à la Direction OPS et Finance par exemple).
Qui êtes-vous ?
Vous occupez actuellement, et depuis au moins 2 ans, un poste en gestion de projets (chargé.e/chef.fe de projet) ou en coordination opérationnelle incluant de la gestion de projets en lien avec l’évènementiel.
Vous avez une excellente connaissance de l’entreprise, de ses différents process (guidelines safety, créatives, opérationnelles, etc.), parties prenantes, actualités, etc. ;
Les caractéristiques de l’évènementiel, idéalement à Disney, vous sont très familières : rétro planning, budget, coordination de nombreuses LOB, expertises métiers nécessaires à la Production d’un event (technique, food, logistique, etc.)
Vous maîtrisez parfaitement les outils du Pack Office et êtes en mesure de les utiliser quotidiennement (présentations PowerPoint ; fichiers Excel ; Word ; etc.). Vous aurez beaucoup de présentations à préparer et à partager à de hauts niveaux hiérarchiques.
La connaissance des outils EBMS et Planilog est un atout.
Vous faites preuve d’une véritable aisance en communication, vous maîtrisez le français (C1 min.) et l’anglais (C1 min.), tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
Vous êtes également reconnu(e) pour vos capacités à :
Faire preuve d’esprit stratégique (vision à moyen et long terme) ;
Faire preuve de rigueur organisationnelle, d’esprit d’analyse et de synthèse ;
Faciliter et développer les relations de partenariat avec vos homologues internes et externes.
Responsabiliser les autres ainsi que vous-même vis-à-vis des projets et résultats attendus ;
Collaborer au sein de votre équipe, mais aussi en transversal sur des sujets aux niveaux de complexité variés et fédérer autour d’un projet ;
Être orienté vers l’action tout en faisant preuve d’optimisme et d’esprit d’initiative dans les situations complexes.
