Job Summary:

Disneyland Paris est la 1ère destination touristique Européenne, mais également l’un des plus grands pôles hôteliers de France avec 7 hôtels à thèmes comptant près de 6000 chambres.

Sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de la Maintenance Support des Hôtels et du Disney village, vous gérez et suivez les contrôles réglementaires sur des matériels fixes ou mobile en respectant les cinq clés : Sécurité, Courtoisie, Inclusion, Spectacle et Efficacité.

Contrôleur(se) réglementaire en CDI (F/H/NB)

VOS MISSIONS :

  • Planifier et réaliser des contrôles réglementaires sur l’ensemble des matériels dont vous avez la charge
  • Convoquer les bureaux de contrôles et prestataires externes en s’assurant de la réalisation et de la remise des rapports de contrôles
  • S’assurer de l’exactitude des rapports de contrôles
  • Transmettre ses connaissances techniques et attitudes professionnelles auprès de ses collègues de travail
  • Sécuriser les biens et les personnes et appliquer les règles et consignes de sécurité

PRINCIPALES ACTIVITES :

  • Apporter et mettre en œuvre des réponses pratiques, concrètes et applicables au client en vue de lever les réserves suite au rapport d’anomalies, en préparant les documents relatifs aux commissions de sécurité
  • Lever tout type de réserves liées à son activité dans le respect des procédures techniques, réglementaires et sécuritaires
  • Informer en amont les clients de tous les contrôles devant être effectués et prévoir les dysfonctionnements pouvant se produire lors des contrôles (arrêt machine/remise en marche, etc.)
  • Assurer l’archivage des documents de contrôles réalisés ainsi que les documents relatifs aux produits chimiques et les tenir à disposition des différents services ou clients concernés
  • Mettre en place et suivre les audits de conformité des biens dont il a la charge en vue de s’assurer que tous les contrôles sont réalisés et que leur date n’est pas dépassée
  • Identifier en qualité d’expert, toute anomalie réglementaire sur l’ensemble des contrôles de son périmètre, l’intégrer dans son planning de contrôle et alerter la hiérarchie en apportant les solutions applicables adéquates
  • Veiller au respect de la réglementation en vigueur sur l'ensemble des domaines d'intervention des bureaux de contrôles, des standards de qualité (efficacité, prestation d'accueil et qualité d'information, etc.), des standards environnementaux ainsi que des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
  • Préserver les biens et le patrimoine de l'entreprise en s'assurant de la propreté et du bon état de l'environnement professionnel dans lesquels il effectue ses contrôles et optimiser l'utilisation des moyens mis en œuvre (travaux de levée de réserves) pour lutter contre le gaspillage
  • Participer à la mise en œuvre de nouvelles actions, procédures, nouveaux services, etc. et aider ponctuellement dans toute activité répondant aux besoins opérationnels du département

VOTRE PROFIL :

Vous avez un diplôme dans le domaine Electrique ou Electrotechnique

Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans dans le domaine technique

Vous connaissez les matériels soumis à contrôles réglementaires

Vous avez des qualités relationnelles et organisationnelles

Vous êtes rigoureux et méthodique.

Vous êtes à l’aise avec les outils informatiques, dont pack Office

Vous savez réaliser et présenter des tableaux de bord de votre activité

Vous avez une bonne capacité rédactionnelle

Vous possédez le permis B
