Manager Creative (m/w/d)
Job Summary:
In dieser funktionsübergreifenden Position bist Du mit Deinem Team für die Entwicklung, Steuerung, Umsetzung und das Management des kreativen AV-Contents für alle unsere Disney+ Marketingkampagnen in GSA verantwortlich. Du berichtest an den Senior Manager Brand Marketing Disney+ und betreust neben Brand- auch Content-Kampagnen für alle unsere Disney+ Welten (Disney, Pixar, Marvel Studios, Lucas Film, National Geographic, Star). Deine Arbeit wird sich auf verschiedene Kanäle und Plattformen erstrecken, darunter TV, Radio, DOOH, Digital, Social, On-Platform und Events.
Idealerweise verfügst du über Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Inhouse-Umfeld sowie in einer Kreativ- oder Werbeagentur und besitzt außergewöhnliche organisatorische, technische und kreative Kenntnisse mit einer „Can-do“-Einstellung in einem sich ständig verändernden Umfeld.
Wir erwarten eine Bereitschaft, primär (4+ Tage) aus unserem Münchener Büro zu arbeiten.
Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Wesentlichen:
Verwaltung eines signifikanten Non-Media Kreativbudgets
Direkte Führung eines Teams von 2 Personen
Ansprechpartner für alle Disney+ Asset-Anforderungen und -Anfragen inkl. Auswahl und Beschaffung von Material aus diversen, internen Asset-Delivery-Plattformen
Leitung des Tagesgeschäfts der Lokalisierung globaler kreativer AV-Materialien zusammen mit dem Team, um Kampagnen mit hoher regionaler Relevanz zu liefern
Strategischer Partner und Berater in Bezug auf die Content-Strategie der Kampagne während aller Phasen und gegenüber allen Abteilungen (zB Digital, Social, PR)
Entwicklung herausragender Kreativideen für die wichtigsten lokalen Produktionen
Auswahl, Steuerung und Briefing der Kreativagenturen
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen, regionalen und globalen Teams und Stakeholdern (Marketing, Disney Channel, PR, Social, Advertising, Media und andere Abteilungen), um überzeugende Kampagnen bereitzustellen
Sicherstellung, dass alle Assets im Einklang mit unseren Markenrichtlinien geliefert werden und diese Standards effektiv an interne und externe Stakeholder kommunizieren
Verwaltung und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen, um einen effizienten Betrieb zu gewährleisten
Erforderliche Qualifikationen & Fähigkeiten
Herausragende kreative Fähigkeiten und Umsetzungskompetenzen mit einem tiefen Verständnis von Schnitt- und Designprinzipien, Marketingstrategien und kreativen Prozessen
Signifikante praktische AV-Kreativerfahrung, idealerweise in der Entertainment/ Media-Branche, einer Werbeagentur oder in einer verwandten Branche
Sicher im Umgang in Adobe Premiere (oder vergleichbarer Schnittsoftware)
Erfahrung in Social Media, Content-Produktion und/oder verwandtem Digitalmarketing
Ergebnisorientierte und datengetriebene Denkweise
Starke Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen, unter Druck stehenden Umfeld mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig zu managen
Sorgfältige organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit ausgezeichnetem Zeitmanagement
Stark in der Kollaboration und im proaktiven Netzwerken, um in einer großen globalen Matrixorganisation effektiv zu sein
Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit einem diversen Team
Hohe Aufmerksamkeit fürs Detail
Fähigkeit, selbstständig mit minimaler Aufsicht zu arbeiten
Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
